Join Liz’s peaceful, relaxing weekend Beginner Reiki Retreat. Leave your busy life behind, and ease into a calming, loving space nestled in the heart of Vancouver. Your comfort and learning style will be honoured and respected in this 2-day class. A vegan, gluten-free light lunch, healthy snacks, and herbal teas are included, as well as a manual, and two certificates of completion. An online option is also available.

How to incorporate the symbols into Reiki treatments for yourself and others
How to conduct a full Reiki session on yourself and others following a trauma-informed approach

Have you taken Reiki Levels I & II, and haven’t practiced much? Maybe you took Reiki Level I and don’t “feel” your own energy. Or perhaps you’ve been attuned to Usui Reiki, or another style of Reiki and you’re curious about Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki and want to try it out! Then a Beginner Reiki Audit is perfect for you!
Usui/Holy Fire® III evolved out of Usui Reiki and is an incredible addition of gentle but powerful new energies. This weekend class combines Usui Reiki basics with a new way of attuning students through guided meditations, called placements, in addition to healing experiences. This new energy offers a much higher vibration and promotes wholeness through purification, empowerment, and guidance.
Usui or other Reiki Level I & II students can easily transition to this new method. If you have already received your Usui Reiki Level III or Usui Master level attunements, and are looking for something different, we would be honoured to have to join the Beginner weekend Reiki Retreat to receive this new vibration for self healing and to offer this incredible energy to your family. friends, students and/or clients.
