Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) is a gentle, hands-on energy healing modality developed by Stevan J. Thayer, that works with a divine angelic energy ray and the body's 12-strand spiritual DNA.
IET® connects you with beautiful, calming, and loving Angelic Energy to release suppressed pain of the past by integrating it with the joy of the present moment. This happens through the integration channel, which is a special channel that connects with the Angels, to help clear and rebalance the energy of the body's cellular memory.
Experiencing trauma can create emotional and mental blocks because it is too painful to process the memories and feelings that arise from traumatic events. Emotional suppression is required for survival. However, your body always remembers because it stores traumatic memories and emotions in your cells and in your DNA.
If this trauma is suppressed for a long time, it'll cause you to feel a sense of heaviness, angst, and unease that is difficult to soothe, or relieve.
Anger, fear, guilt, resentments, distrust, sadness, and other heavy emotions, leave a lasting impact on the body, mind, spirit, and soul.

During an IET® session, the client remains fully clothed and lies on a massage table, however, IET® can be practiced in a chair or while standing.
The practitioner channels Angelic Energy into the client. IET® is totally safe in that the practitioner and client do not exchange or absorb one another’s energy during the session.
The IET® practitioner applies light pressure to specific points on the body to release old physical, emotional, and mental patterns and infuse angelic healing energies. The practitioner also works above the client’s body in the various layers of the energy field.
At Catalyst Healing, we begin sessions by assessing the client’s emotional, mental, and physical well-being over the last few days. This assessment allows for client self-reflection, which is critical for self-healing and wellness.
The client then explains what their healing intention is for the session, and the practitioner helps the client to state those goals as positive intentions. It's important that the client set the intention because they are responsible for their own healing. The practitioner is simply the guide.
The session closes with the client re-assessing their emotional, mental, and physical status, and to what extent the intention for the session was met.
Clients are encouraged to continue the process of self-reflection after leaving the session, and carry it into their everyday lives. Regular self-reflection helps to facilitate personal and spiritual growth.

IET® treatments are generally subtle or lightly perceived. The client may notice only slight sensations or changes in the body during the session. Although IET® is subtle, the actual healing can be quite profound.

After an IET® Session, many clients have claimed they feel much lighter, energized, joyful and hopeful, more self-empowered, and spiritually connected, in addition to approaching their everyday lives with ease.

While there is no magic number for how many IET® sessions you may need, most practitioners recommend three initial sessions close together to get the body into a state of homeostasis, which will protect and accelerate the healing process.
Please remember that it takes time for imbalances to occur and manifest, so that means that multiple sessions may be the most beneficial in reversing these imbalances.
Also, throughout our lives, we accumulate a heavy load of suppressed emotions. This is why regular IET clearing is very beneficial.
